When working to develop a landscape design with you, there are several important steps we take:
- A complimentary initial meeting to determine your needs and objectives.
- Review the relationship of your existing site to your home and its architectural style.
- Develop a site analysis to determine dimensions, existing plant materials, drainage, and privacy issues.
Moving Forward Into the Design Phase
- A review of garden styles that is appropriate for your property, plant palettes, and outdoor living areas.
- A concept design.
- With a final design, the presentation of a to-scale drawing and estimate with all plants and construction material specified.
Moving Forward With the Contract
- Once a plan for your landscaping has been finalized and approved by you, installation can be scheduled.
- The staff will oversee the installation, coordination of subcontractors, and selection of materials for the overall project.
